Most of you are probably familiar with some of the more common Google OneBox tricks—-searching for “weather cityname” to get local weather or using the search box for basic calculations—but Google has dozens more OneBox tricks up its sleeve.
What else can you do with Google’s query box? You probably know several of them, but just for example, you can use a tilde to search for synonymous words (like
~fast food
), track package shipments, check patent numbers, and even find the nearest local poison control number just by typing inpoison control
