Mostly late-‘80s R&B songs, some of which I’m surprised haven’t been used in my mixes yet…

Galileo’s First Jupiter Observations
kottke.org posted to this site which compares Galileo’s observations of Jupiter’s moons to a modern calculation of what they would have actually looked like. Judging by the animated .GIF below, he did surprisingly well:
Three more volumes! 146 is a slowish, instrument-heavy ambient mix; 147 is for the most part relatively obscure New Wave, and 148 is some good old hard rock. Enjoy! 🙂
The Collector
While browsing for old Nikon lenses in antique stores in Long Street, Green Renaissance met The Collector – a man with a real passion for cameras. He has built up a collection of more than 1000 cameras over the years. We were lucky enough for him to invite us to his home (not open to the public) to view his impressive collection. He reaffirmed how important it is to do what you love.
I wish that we could see more of his collection and hear more of his stories…
