Global network of webcams pointed at sundials = new hotness."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As a result of Mars Rover interest, the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planetary.org\" target=\"_blank\">The Planetary Society<\/a>, along with Bill Nye &ldquo;The Science Guy&rdquo;, have teamed up to bring you <a href=\"http:\/\/www.planetary.org\/mars\/earthdial\/\" target=\"_blank\">this web page<\/a> that links to webcams that point at sundials.  All the dials are built to the same specs (except the location of the solstice and equinox lines) and include the Mars-themed tagline &ldquo;Two Worlds One Sun&rdquo;.  This is mostly a project aimed at kids but the end result is pretty cool.
