John &quot;Hannibal&rdquo; Smith, was not alive to see their names cleared,&ldquo; as he was &quot;gunned down in front of a Las Vegas casino in 1994.&rdquo;  The picture at right shows W bestowing a long-overdue Medal Of Honor to Sgt.
