Well, you&rsquo;ll be surprised to hear who was responsible for one of them: <a href=\"http:\/\/nandotimes.com\/nation\/v-text\/story\/436494p-3493084c.html\" target=\"_blank\">&ldquo;A U.S. Forest Service employee<\/a> set the fire that scorched more than 100,000 acres in Colorado and forced thousands to evacuate by burning a letter from her estranged husband in the Pike National Forest,&rdquo; where all fires were banned because of the extremely dry conditions.
