OK, maybe that was uncalled for, but another <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2002\/US\/07\/01\/arizona.wildfire\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">part-time firefighter was charged for setting a fire<\/a>, this time in Arizona, where wildfires are still raging.  Most of you probably remember that a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.driko.org\/archive\/2002_06_16_archive.html#77938868\" target=\"_blank\"> firefighter was arrested for starting one of the Colorado wildfires<\/a> a week or so ago.
