One &ldquo;retired public relations executive who wishes to remain anonymous&rdquo; claims to know the true reason behind the delay, detailing a wide-ranging conspiracy of &ldquo;Dark Crusaders&rdquo; involving everyone from Bill Cosby to Louis Farrakhan in the web site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chappelletheory.com\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\">The Chappelle Theory<\/a>.  While a somewhat engaging read, I tend to go along with the prevailing opinions of contributors to the associated <a href=\"http:\/\/www.metafilter.com\/mefi\/47686\" target=\"_blank\"><i>MetaFilter<\/i> thread<\/a> in thinking that this is probably a viral site created by Comedy Central or Chappelle himself.
