Apparently a webcam at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bruichladdich.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bruichladdich<\/a>, a small Scottish distillery, had gone offline, and of all people the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency (an agency of the Department of Defense) e-mailed to ask why.
